Terms of Service
Last updated: April 3, 2026
1. Services
Aircraft Logbook Intel ("we," "us," "our") provides aircraft logbook analysis services. We extract, organize, and verify maintenance records from scanned aircraft logbook PDFs and deliver the results as digital Excel workbooks and/or access to a web-based portal, depending on the service tier purchased.
2. Digital Products
All deliverables are digital products. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that involves human-verified data extraction and analysis. Deliverables are provided as Excel workbooks and, for applicable tiers, access to a searchable web portal.
3. Accuracy and Limitations
While every data point is human-verified, our reports are based on the logbook records you provide. We extract and organize what is written in the logbooks. We do not independently verify the accuracy of the original logbook entries, nor do we provide legal, mechanical, or airworthiness opinions. Our reports are informational tools to assist with aircraft evaluation — they are not a substitute for a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, legible scanned PDFs of the aircraft logbooks. Report quality depends on the quality and completeness of the scans provided. We will notify you if scans are too poor to process, but we are not responsible for data that cannot be extracted due to illegible source material.
5. Delivery
Turnaround times vary based on the number of logbook volumes and their condition. We will communicate estimated timelines after receiving your logbooks. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions or poor scan quality.
6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
The report format, analysis methodology, and presentation are the intellectual property of Aircraft Logbook Intel. You receive a license to use the deliverables for your personal or business use in evaluating the specific aircraft. You may share reports with prospective buyers of the aircraft but may not resell or redistribute our reports as a service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aircraft Logbook Intel's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to losses arising from aircraft purchase decisions made using our reports.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
