Digital Products

Aircraft Logbook Intel delivers digital products (Excel workbooks and web portal access) produced through a combination of automated extraction and human verification. Due to the significant labor involved in producing each report, all sales are final once work has begun on your logbooks.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before we have begun processing your logbooks, we will issue a full refund. Contact us at info@aircraftlogbookintel.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

After Work Has Begun

Once we have begun processing your logbooks, refunds are not available. This is because each report requires substantial manual review and verification by our team. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the report, contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Data Quality & Corrections

Flagged findings are human-reviewed before delivery, and anything we cannot read clearly is marked missing rather than guessed. Extracted items remain subject to OCR accuracy and are marked pending A&P/IA confirmation in the report. If you find an extraction error in the delivered report, we will correct it at no additional charge. If scan quality prevents us from extracting meaningful data from your logbooks, we will notify you before proceeding and offer a full refund.
