  • Aircraft logbook data: the scanned PDFs you submit and the extracted data we produce
  • Account information: login credentials if you create an account for portal access

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process your order and deliver your report
  • Communicate with you about your order status
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Provide access to the web portal (Full Logbook Prebuy tier)
  • Improve our services

3. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your logbook data is stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel involved in producing your report.

5. Data Retention

We retain your logbook data and reports for the purpose of providing ongoing portal access (if applicable) and customer support. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or logbook data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: for payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services: for data storage and processing (OCR)

We will not share your aircraft logbook data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Shareable Links

If you purchase the Full Logbook Prebuy tier, you can generate shareable links to your report. You control who receives these links. Anyone with a valid link can view the report. You can revoke links at any time through your dashboard.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke shareable links to your reports
