Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Tier 0 is delivered within 24 hours. Tier 1 and 2 reports are typically delivered within 2-4 business days depending on logbook volume.
What format do you need the logbooks in?
Scanned PDFs. We accept any scan quality, but higher resolution means better extraction accuracy. Poor-quality scans may incur a quality surcharge (disclosed before work begins).
What aircraft types do you cover?
Piston single and twin engine propeller aircraft only. No turboprops, no jets.
What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Tier 1 (Resale Readiness) tells sellers what buyers will find. Tier 2 (Prebuy Intelligence) gives buyers a detailed risk assessment, mechanic checklist, and negotiation leverage with cost estimates. Tier 2 includes human-verified data correction.
What if there are errors in the extraction?
Every data point is human-verified before delivery. If we can't read something clearly, we mark it as missing rather than guessing.
Who is Tier 1 for vs Tier 2?
Tier 1 is for sellers and brokers preparing an aircraft for market. Tier 2 is for buyers who want to know exactly what they're walking into before committing to a prebuy inspection.
